Im an HR Consultant with a difference. I look after a number of businesses and charities, and treat each client as if they were a different department in my own company.
Some of the things I do for some clients are:- Recruitment - including Personality Profiling if you would like), Selection - (I do first interview for some clients to save them time), Handbooks, Contracts, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Sickness Management - including Occupational Health Poor Performers, Dismissals, Restructures, Settlement Agreements, TUPE’s, Redundancy, Surveys (engagement or salaries), or even good old fashioned advice - just ask – you name it - Ill do it

I started People Tower in 2018 after more than 30 years in HR. I started as a Personnel Assistant for Truprint - remember them ?
I then progressed my career up yo HR Director. During this time I worked for a number of employers - large and small, from Coca Cola Enterprises, BP and Santander to Discovery Foods and Psion to name a few.
Although I have worked in large corporate HR, I really enjoy working with small business or charities who haven't got an HR Department, I will keep you legal and your brand safe.
